Refund policy
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days after receiving it.
You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc.
Please safe your packing and make sure the barcode stays readable.
Without this it is not possible to return the items.
Shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake with your order caused by us.
Please note that items that are on sale cannot be returned.
Always ship with track and trace code!
For customers outside of the EU, always send it as a return. Otherwise, we will have to pay import cost. We will not pay this and your shipment will be returned and then we can not refund your money.
If the package gets lost, we can't help you without a track and trace code.
Please also note that all discounted products cannot be returned and/or refunded. Do you want to return your order?
